Marquee’s can be catered for, from our order form or you may bring your own food.
Those that place their deposit first will have priority of positions available on the course.

PLEASE NOTE Due to the Liquor Licensing Laws it is not possible to have alcohol supplied to the marquees without a qualified RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) ticket holder being present.The options to overcome serving alcohol from the marquees are:
- The Jerilderie District Race Club will employ a RSA ticket holder. The cost of this is $20.00 per hour. This cost will be an additional cost to the marquee hirer and will be added to your account.
- If you have either yourself or a guest that holds the RSA ticket, responsibility can be given to this person. The RSA holder will need to provide 2 Photocopies of their RSA certificate (one to be placed in the marquee another to be left at the Bar) also a legible photocopy of the RSA holders Drivers Licence (this is to be left at the secretary’s office). The RSA holder will not be able to drink alcohol while he/she is responsible for the guests in the marquee. Included in their responsibilities is the serving of alcohol to the marquee guests. The RSA holder will also have to sign a form which will be available at the Secretary’s Office, stating that they understand they are responsible for any breeches of the Liquor Licensing Laws. These Photocopies are to be sent in with the confirmation of the marquee booking.
- All alcohol to be purchased at the Bar.
